I had a very disappointing experience with Redeem Vacations.
My booking was affected by an external situation that made travel unsafe. I contacted the company not to cancel arbitrarily, but to request a reasonable solution such as rescheduling or an alternative option.
Instead of providing support, the company proceeded with cancellation without my clear final consent and has since failed to offer any concrete resolution.
For several days, I have only received generic responses like “we are waiting for the hotel” without any timelines, guarantees, or accountability from their side.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable that a service provider does not take responsibility and shifts everything to a third party, while leaving the client without a clear outcome.
I expected a professional and customer-oriented approach, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
I hope the company will reconsider its approach to customer support and responsibility.
