My experience with the service was decent. There were a few highlights, like the prompt assistance I received when my booking faced issues and the quality of the hotel itself. However, the options available for the season of my trip were somewhat limited, and I wished for more variety. Additionally, it was frustrating that weekends came with an extra charge on top of the hotel tax. It would be preferable if everything was genuinely complimentary.
The representative at the company was outstanding. Communicating through the Messenger box was straightforward and effective, and she managed everything with professionalism and attention. She made my experience genuinely enjoyable.
The hotel was tidy and situated in a fairly good area. Most of the staff were fantastic, particularly the woman who cleaned our room and the one next door, along with the maintenance person. The breakfast offered was enjoyable. The reason for 4 stars is the outrageous parking fee, which is $16.43 per night.
My stay at the hotel in Vegas was fantastic! Everything was as promised by the service. The only issue I encountered was that the confirmation number provided by the service did not match the one the hotel had. Aside from that, everything was great!
What an incredible stay! I enjoyed a perfect room with a huge bed, a comfortable sofa, and a large TV screen, along with a bath in the bathroom. I was able to secure my desired dates even during the busy holiday season at a fantastic hotel and location. I highly recommend this service!
