My experience with the service was decent. There were a few highlights, like the prompt assistance I received when my booking faced issues and the quality of the hotel itself. However, the options available for the season of my trip were somewhat limited, and I wished for more variety. Additionally, it was frustrating that weekends came with an extra charge on top of the hotel tax. It would be preferable if everything was genuinely complimentary.
