Communication was inconsistent, and key documents like the draft contract pack and forms were not sent until months into the process. We expected professional guidance and attention to detail, but the level of service we received left us exhausted and disappointed. I would not recommend them for a reliable conveyancing process. I have already contacted their compliance team, but there has been no improvement.
