Couldn't book the Spa day directly online, the link wouldn't work or wouldn't explain how to book. I contacted the hotel directly instead who was very helpful. The experience itself was great! The spa area is a bit dated but one of the best afternoon tea I've ever had, and lovely people there.
Everything is very obscure on the Red letter days site. I had a spa day voucher and were suggested many different things with random pricing. Then I could buy another experience with the leftover, again no idea how to book. No working links on the site. Even with an account, the user experience is terrible. I had been gifted this box, now I know not to get that to anyone.
