Its a complete scam. We were given a voucher and checked the validity and expiry date which was October 2026. We could have booked when we first logged on but waited to a more convenient time. We have logged back on but the website is locked. Yandisa on online chat says the system doesn't recognise our voucher and it was never activated in the shop. The voucher contained in a sealed box when we were gifted it and I can't see how it would need to be activated.
