Was brought vouchers for a horse riding experience. After trying to book online with no success and an hour on the chat function I was advised to call direct. On calling direct I was informed they no longer deal with red letter days due to multiple issues. I contacted red letter days again only to be told I can’t have a refund as it’s outside the 30 days. They are still fraudulently selling this experience as I type but I can’t have a refund!! Please do not book through this company. We are extremely disappointed that a gift we were very looking forward too can’t be used.
