I got a Gift Voucher from my wonderful Boss for a two night Premium Escape.
*First gripe the App wouldn’t accept my voucher reference number or pin!
* After more than 6 attempts to get any kind of help or response, I gave up…
* The “helpful” most commonly asked questions were also no help.
This has been going on for months on & off & to date I’ve had zero contact.
Apart from the fact nobody seems interested once they have been paid, the website isn’t that easy to navigate…
For example if you want to buy a car A.T. will ask…
• How much do you want to spend?
• How far do you want to travel?
All great questions but if you’re only going for two nights showing me places 6+hours away is a bit far… & half the time I don’t know where the place is if I’ve never heard of it?! If you catch my drift.
Places to visit within X many miles for a budget of £??? Would be fantastic, oh & maybe some Customer Service too.
Rant over.. Do not recommend
