The part I ordered turned out to be out of stock with a restock estimated for a few months out. However, Yves sent me an email and let me know there was another color variant of the part in-stock, and she was able to switch my order for that variant instead. The process was very easy and she was quick to respond, so the part was able to ship just as quickly. I am very happy with the customer service that Yves provided and I’m excited to receive my new quick release!
