YVES IS MY GUYYYY OR GIRLLLL OR PERSON!!! Super helpful and very responsive!! Thank you so much!!! I was able to get what I needed very quickly after hearing that what I originally ordered was currently unavailable, which wasn’t redlines fault. Yves sent me different options of same/better quality items for around the same price and was able to quickly exchange my order to ensure I get what I needed as quickly as possible!! Unfortunately the product I wanted was out of stock, so Yves helped offer me multiple other options (which most were also out of stock) & was super quick and responsive. He was very friendly and helpful during the whole process and made it very simple and easy.

Helpful Product Switch

The part I ordered turned out to be out of stock with a restock estimated for a few months out. However, Yves sent me an email and let me know there was another color variant of the part in-stock, and she was able to switch my order for that variant instead. The process was very easy and she was quick to respond, so the part was able to ship just as quickly. I am very happy with the customer service that Yves provided and I’m excited to receive my new quick release!
