I recently experienced a failure of the Rev9 Hyper Street II coilovers I purchased from your company, and I reached out to request a replacement part.However, instead of providing a swift and efficient solution, I was met with a series of unhelpful and frustrating responses. Your customer service representatives repeatedly asked for additional photos and information, even though I had already provided the necessary details. They also failed to provide a clear answer on how to proceed with the warranty process, leaving me in a state of confusion and frustration.Moreover, your representatives seemed to be more concerned with adhering to the manufacturer's warranty process than providing a timely solution to my problem. This led to unnecessary delays and additional rental costs, which I had to bear as a result of your company's incompetence.I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach displayed by Redline360. I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others and advise them to avoid doing business with your company.
