The worst support and service I've ever experienced. Be prepared to say goodbye to your money dealing with this clown show. Customer support just ignore you or send a generic response repeatedly when a product "goes missing". Royal mail and the person delivering it both admit fault and that they lost/misplaced it. Nubia? Oh give us 8 or so weeks and we'll see what happens. No. No chance. Nubia "oh we're conducting and investigation so we'll let you know in 5 to 7 weeks. " Nah.That. Rinse and repeat. Shady practices and the worst customer care you can receive. The rest of the responses were ever worse and I have every email saved of they need to be shown.AVOID THIS COMPANY
