​I am writing this to warn every potential customer about RedMagic and their repair partner, VSP DATA.
​I have clear evidence of documentary fraud. Service protocols were falsified to hide massive repair delays (nearly a month gap between the actual GLS pickup and the "official" start date on their documents). This is a deliberate manipulation of KPIs at the expense of consumer rights.
​When I provided side-by-side proof on their official Reddit and Discord, their response wasn't to help, but to permanently ban me and censor the truth. 1,300 people saw the evidence before they deleted it.
​350+ files have been submitted for audit regarding these fraudulent practices. RedMagic chooses censorship over accountability. I am still waiting for my Golden Saga and Nova Tablet. Buyer beware: if something goes wrong, they will lie to your face and then block you.

The worst support and service I've ever…

The worst support and service I've ever experienced. Be prepared to say goodbye to your money dealing with this clown show. Customer support just ignore you or send a generic response repeatedly when a product "goes missing". Royal mail and the person delivering it both admit fault and that they lost/misplaced it. Nubia? Oh give us 8 or so weeks and we'll see what happens. No. No chance. Nubia "oh we're conducting and investigation so we'll let you know in 5 to 7 weeks. " Nah.That. Rinse and repeat. Shady practices and the worst customer care you can receive. The rest of the responses were ever worse and I have every email saved of they need to be shown.AVOID THIS COMPANY

Shitty customer service

Horrible customer service. I bought redmagic 11 pro and camera was shit. When request to return but they denied and offer to repair. It's brand new phone why are they asking to repair like it's been 1 years old. It's brand new phone with shitty camera.

Red magic 10 quite possibly the worst one they've made

I've had red magic phones since the red magic 7 of now got the red magic 10 well it doesn't want to open apps you have to delete the app put it back on for it to open and it's always the important apps like your bank or delivery this is possibly the worst phone that red magic have ever made and I am a big red magic fan as I said since Red magic 7 up to Red magic 10 I was going to get the more expensive one but I'm deciding against it if it's if this red magic 10 is anything to go by

I have NO idea what people in here are talking about...…

I have NO idea what people in here are talking about.. I bought my first Redmagic phone last month and I've never been more happy with a phone in my entire life! I also had several encounters with their customer support and I've been blown away by their help! First I just asked about my phone cause it was 4 weeks delivery but they prioritized my phone and I got it after only 2 weeks. Secondly the charger stopped working, no questions asked from Redmagic, they sent me a new charger which will arrive today! Honestly can't recommend this company enough, they are really taking care of their clients! Especially compared to iFruit....

Redmagic knowingly sells devices that don't work.

I was sold a device that was supposed to work with major United States carriers. I am not carrier hopping for fun. I have AT&T and tried Verizon. This phone works with neither. AT&T actively boots it off after a system update, and Verizon would not even activate the device. I spend 5 (FIVE) hours dealing with this with Verizon only to be told that the phone won't work. Do NOT buy their devices. They're cool, they work well, but they don't work as phones. They don't actually do the TWO functions they absolutely have to to constitute a phone - calling and texting. I wanted to get out of Samsung, I don't like google phones, and iPhones are... well... iPhones. I wanted something different. A cool phone with a headphone jack, sign me up. Nope, doesn't work. Don't buy this trash, don't support this company. The translations are abysmal as well. It has chinesium all over the UI.

If you break your screen

If you break your screen, it's impossible to find a replacement! Redmagic support asked me €332 for a screen, which is extremely expensive. I won't buy from them again; they could at least offer replacement parts for less than that! This is unacceptable, never have any problems with your phone, the parts are impossible to find and not at all managed by the site!
