I am writing this to warn every potential customer about RedMagic and their repair partner, VSP DATA.
I have clear evidence of documentary fraud. Service protocols were falsified to hide massive repair delays (nearly a month gap between the actual GLS pickup and the "official" start date on their documents). This is a deliberate manipulation of KPIs at the expense of consumer rights.
When I provided side-by-side proof on their official Reddit and Discord, their response wasn't to help, but to permanently ban me and censor the truth. 1,300 people saw the evidence before they deleted it.
