I can’t thank Redpost Equestrian enough for their kindness and understanding.
I had bought an expensive rug for my horse, but sadly my horse had to be put to sleep just eight weeks later, and the rug was never used. I contacted Redpost to explain the situation, and they immediately offered to take it back without any hesitation.
They processed a full refund, didn’t deduct postage, and sent a genuinely kind and thoughtful email in response. Their compassion and professionalism really stood out at a very difficult time.

Excellent service from Alex on a boot fitting 9/4/26 for my daughter Joni. It’s a challenging fit as she is in between child and adult sizes but Alex went the extra mile and gave her plenty of options to try, and really made her feel comfortable. Really impressed with her knowledge, experience and helpfulness, and the broad range Redpost stocked. We came away happy with a great pair, and will be back when we need to size up!
Another amazing hat fitted completed by Georgina Hay. I totally trust her skills. She has brilliant knowledge of all the different makes and designs so you get the best fit for safety even when my daughter is only interested in ‘the look’.You don’t feel rushed or an inconvenience. We had a great trip to RedPost Equestrian today to get my daughter her first riding hat. The level of customer service from all the staff was excellent in particular Georgina H who fitted my daughters hat. She was so friendly and put my daughter totally at ease.

Amazing company I ordered a beautiful Equetech long riding coat it came the next day I live in the middle of no where rarely do the delivery drivers get it to my door. Thank you Redpost I use you for all my rugs and equestrian needs you are one amazing company. I even got 20 per cent off the coat it fits like a dream is totally water proof and looks very smart.
