I've never had any issue with their products, and I have purchased 4 of their keyboards and 4 computer mice. One said mouse, the wireless dongle was getting sensitive due to it starting to break. I connected with customer support to see if I could purchase a new dongle for the mouse and instead they just sent me a new one to replace it. You don't see customer service and loyalty like that much these days.
