I've gotten Reddragon keyboards in the past before but as gifts so I'd never had the ordering experience before and I thought they were a decent keyboard, but now I've purchased one myself from an ad I saw and it arrived sooner than expected but the keyboard inside the box was an entirely different keyboard. The right box with the right manual but completely different keyboard. Different brand, different key layout, and it wasn't even mechanical like the one I wanted. It just vaguely looked similar with a vaguely similar color scheme. I reached out to support and I had gotten some AI chat bot response which was annoying because it got my issue entirely wrong but then they finally said they'd send my issue to a human. But then that took a whole week to hear back from anyone. But from there on I got the right keyboard in the end with no hassle.
Bought a keyboard last year, and it started malfunctioning just shy at the 1 yr mark, red dragon Customer service took great care of me and the situation! Unlike other companies, without so much hazzle! Love this company!
I had a very positive experience with Redragon. My Redragon M656 Gainer Wireless Gaming Mouse that i bought from amazon developed a double clicking issue after several months of normal use while still under warranty. I contacted support and Mike responded quickly and professionally. After confirming my address and serial number they immediately arranged a brand new replacement and did not require me to return the defective mouse. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. It is great to see a company stand behind its products and take care of customers properly. I would definitely recommend them.

High quality products for a beyond reasonable price.
Needed a cheap keyboard to use at work and came across a budget wireless keyboard and decided to give it a shot.
Expected delivery was 7-10 days yet I received mine in under 24hrs.
I paid roughly 40 dollars for my keyboard and did not expect much out of it other than the ability to type but have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and tactile feel of this keyboard.
It's no high end self built keyboard but is more than serviceable and far beyond any expectations of a keyboard in its price point
I’ve been using Redragon products for my desk setup and gaming sessions, and I am honestly impressed. For the price point, the build quality is much sturdier than I expected. The mechanical keyboards feel tactile and responsive, and the RGB lighting is vibrant. Really excellent product!
Customer Service is lacking completely. I purchased a product that malfunctioned shortly after use and reached out for help. I was instructed to email support, but it's been two weeks with no reply. I encourage you to respond to my email, and I would reconsider my review and possibly give a five-star rating.
The team went above and beyond to assist me with my malfunctioning keyboard. They kept me updated throughout the process, and when nothing seemed to work, they promptly sent me a replacement product without requiring me to return the old one. They made the entire experience seamless and even followed up with emails when I took a bit longer to respond. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would certainly consider purchasing again, knowing that excellent customer support is guaranteed.
