I contacted support about my AATROX M811 Pro mouse having a completely non-functional button. The AI tool attempted to help quickly with some trouble shooting but quickly realized it wasn't going to be able to assist me, forwarding the matter to Mike in the customer service department. He asked for me to confirm some details and in moments setup a shipment for a brand new replacement, absolutely would recommend this brand to anyone technology inclined in the future!
