RedSea does not stand behind their products nor do they care about customer satisfaction!

I found black particles in my AB+ coral food. I emailed Redsea letting them know. They ask me to send photos which I send them, along with photos of the expiration date showing the bottle is not expired. The rep tells me I need to shake the bottle to get rid of the particles, which I do for 10 seconds and the black particles are still there. I happened to have bought a replacement bottle already because I knew this wouldn't be a quickly resolved issue and I wanted to feed my coral. I don't even shake the new bottle and no particles found (I sent them photos of this as well) and that new bottle could have been sitting on the shelf at my fish store for months. After telling the rep I still see particles (I resent photos comparing new liquid with old) and he asks me for a receipt for the bottle. Who keeps receipts for bottles of coral food? I never planned to return it to my fish store so why would I keep the receipt? Personally I think that is a ridiculous request. Especially after I already sent photos of the bottle, expiration date, and photos of the contaminated liquid, but that's not enough proof. This has happened to me in the past with a previous bottle and I emailed RedSea and they sent me another bottle. At that time the rep never said anything about the bottle needing to be shaken. FYI Nowhere on the bottle does it say to shake the bottle either. Nonetheless, the bottle was replaced the last time this happened, but this time I was told that that replacement was a 1 time courtesy and there is nothing they will do for me now. Shows how much RedSea stands behind their products. The bottle wasn't damaged, it was stored in the fridge after opening like the instructions state, and wasn't expired. Customer satisfaction not a big deal at RedSea, stay away! I know they don't care but they lost a loyal customer.
