I purchased the camera & installed it. Everything worked well & video quality is great! Did not have any issues with it until recently, the camera would glitch/freeze up. I contacted cust support on Whatsapp & had an amazing experience. The person I was dealing with, had me run through a bunch of troubleshooting steps to determine what was the issue. After running thru the troubleshooting steps, we determined it was an issue with the camera. They were really responsive throughout the whole time & would even follow up when I did not respond right away. Even though it was outside of the warranty time, they even offered to replace it with a brand new camera.Thank you Redtiger for an amazing customer experience (it's hard to find a company who would look out for their customer these days)! I'll always recommend your products/company!
