I purchased the camera & installed it. Everything worked well & video quality is great! Did not have any issues with it until recently, the camera would glitch/freeze up. I contacted cust support on Whatsapp & had an amazing experience. The person I was dealing with, had me run through a bunch of troubleshooting steps to determine what was the issue. After running thru the troubleshooting steps, we determined it was an issue with the camera. They were really responsive throughout the whole time & would even follow up when I did not respond right away. Even though it was outside of the warranty time, they even offered to replace it with a brand new camera.

Thank you Redtiger for an amazing customer experience (it's hard to find a company who would look out for their customer these days)! I'll always recommend your products/company!

Had the problem with my dash camera

Had the problem with my dash camera, freezing screen, but after reaching to technical support get very quick response. and letter how to sold the problem. But after troubleshooting technical support made decision to send me new dashboard camera. Definitely can recommend this company they responsible for the products. Thank you for great service!!

RedTiger customer experience is second to none.

My customer experience with RedTiger is second to none. I contacted them for assistance with my dashcam and Emerson walked me through diagnosing and resolving my concern. He went above and beyond any expectations I had. After years of using other vendors I have several of their cameras in use and am very happy.

My review comes more like a no brainer as they say, simply because I thought I understood it, stuck it on my windshield and enjoyed everything it did. However, I took the long way around and took out the SanDisk and put it onto my computer and downloaded every single video, which understandably took forever and took up a lot of space. Until yesterday, I didn't realize that the Android version of the RT app was so helpful in that you can, not only detect what you want when it happened rather than going through every single video and trying to find out that magic movement that you had. Well, also the app has the ability that I did not know of and that is that if you do have some sort of an incident that it would record that as well under a special folder. This is a very good product based on everything I've seen and I'm sure there's good products out there, but Red Tiger has not only got a good product but a very good support system and for that I'm truly grateful.

Excellent customer service.

Bought front and rear F7n touchscreen dash cam in February, Rear camera developed an intermittent issue in November. Emailed them for advice and received possibly the best customer service I've ever had. Very quick replies to emails with options of how to fix, when they didn't work new rear camera sent. In under a week from original email, new camera received and in car working.
