In February, I reached out to Red Tiger’s support team for the first time after being involved in a multi vehicle collision. I had installed their F7N dash cam for safety, and the footage captured during the incident proved that I was not at fault. It was truly invaluable and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Unfortunately, my rear camera stopped working after the accident and the cable was damaged. That is when Emma stepped in and completely exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to assist me, making sure I received the replacements I needed while showing genuine care and understanding throughout the entire process.

Emma is an incredible representative of Red Tiger. Her professionalism, compassion, and the way she communicates with customers are outstanding. She made me feel supported during a difficult time, and that level of service is something I will never forget.
