While they did rent my units, my experience has changed after over 10 years on this site. It used to be great, but now it’s difficult to navigate. I can’t say I’ll return. They cancel your ad just days before check-in, putting owners at a disadvantage. Payments are delayed until three days into the reservation, and then it takes another three days to receive your funds, even with ACH. I will definitely seek another site for my properties next year.
