Placed an order for a solar battery on Feb 27th with a promise of delivery and installation March 9th 2026.I had no communication from them to confirm even though I messaged them in various platforms, 9th came but they didn’t.I messaged them saying I would leave a very negative review, he answered immediately stating a new date on March 11th and a £100 reimbursement, I agreed to that and asked for a time, no reply.Again several messages until he replied with an 11.00am delivery, I was sceptical about this and 10.30am he phoned and stated they would be 3 hours late🧐The electrician eventually arrived and completed the work.It then took me a week to get the £100 reimbursement, terrible company and service.
