I bought a good condition iphone 15 for 800 dollars about two days ago. Yesterday it came in the mail and the setup process was normal but when i tried to down load apps it wasn’t working. This morning i woke up and checked my phone and i could not open it as it is completely unresponsive. I could not even force restart the phone as the screen seems to not be working. I have no idea what to do as returning it requires me to get a number off the phone which i cannot even open. Very disappointed and looking for advice on what to do
