Fantastic prices for refurbished tech and great customer service when I had an enquiry about the delivery time. Phones came in great condition and I will only use Reebelo for any future electronic purchases.

The delivery process was very simple and quick. The product received is in a very good condition and I’m sure I’ll be very happy with it for several years to come.
If I could give both then and FedEx -10 starts I would. I ordered a printer from reebelo and FedEx literally came to my apartment took a picture of the mail room and left stating the address was wrong and then when I called they said reebelo asked them to ship it back to them and cannot tell me why. How do you get the money for an item then ask for it back and to top it all of there's no customer support you have to email them like it's 2001 and wait 2 days for some person in Bangladesh or maybe even Mars to reply to you. I don't think I'll be ordering from reebelo or any merchant who uses FedEx ever again FedEx is literal nightmare they're either always breaking your stuff or reporting fage deliveries. Since reebelo want to stick with FedEx I'm not buying anything from them.
Having purchased from them three times I’ve found the products are all designed to last only as long as the warranty period. Resellers use non-genuine parts and product ratings are really deceiving and misleading
Sold me a phone that had a half dead battery, then expected me to send it in and wait for a replacement (which they said they couldn't guarantee either).
Stay clear - they will lie to you!
Ordered on Thursday and arrived Monday from Australia to NZ.
Reasonably priced, looks and works like new, I am seriously happy.
Coming back to replace my Apple Pro, which just died.
Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Took months of returning the same device to receive a replacement that wasn't even the same device I had ordered. Never purchase from this company if you expect to be helped with a return.
Terrible customer service, my phone literally fell apart.
I asked for a refund instead of replacement but didn’t hear back from them. The next email said thank you for your patience- you new device is on its way. This query is now resolved and I’m closing your case.

UGH, spent all day trying to fix issues with refurb sent. NO way to speak to someone for help. Sent several emails, but often didnt get response.
Be cautious and CHECK your purchases carefully!
New phone Camera is so bad, my S9+ beats it hands down, and it too was a refurb( and still going strong).
So sick of poor service....
