I purchased Apple iPhone 12 - 128GB in December 2025
Face ID issue detected - repair assistant doest work. Seller Warranty: Until 2026-12-04 made a claim phone sent back. The phone has alway been in a protective case now Reebelo claim there are scratches on the front of the phone casing (not the screen) therefore the phone is out of warranty due to physical damage.
I have photos of the phone which were sent prior to sending the phone back ther was no damage.
They now want to charge me more than the original cost of the phone to repair it. BEWARE this company wont honour the warranty if there is an issue.
