I NEVER bother to write reviews about poor customer service, but my experience with Reebok was so bad that I need to make sure other people don't make the same mistake as me. I ordered a pair of shoes I wanted for a trip and when they still hadn't shipped out 5 business days later, I requested that my order was cancelled because I wouldn't receive them in time. Up until this request, the customer service agent was extremely responsive and answered me very quickly (like within 10 minutes). The minute I asked for a refund they went dark, and then days later finally responded to say they couldn't give me a refund because the order was already with the warehouse (yet I still hadn't received a shipping email at this point). I sent multiple emails again explaining that I would be gone by the time the shoes were delivered to my house and they would get stolen if the package was sitting outside my door. They still didn't respond and a FULL WEEK LATER when I had sent 3 unanswered emails requesting my order was cancelled and was already on my trip, I received the shipping email. Took two weeks to ship out a single pair of shoes and apparently they can't cancel an order in the week leading up to it being processed. Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had online shopping, won't ever be buying from them again
