I was really impressed with how professionally and efficiently they handled my concern. Their responses were timely, clear, and focused on making sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
It’s always reassuring to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and takes the time to resolve issues properly. Based on this experience, I would definitely feel confident shopping with them again and appreciate the high level of service they provided.

I NEVER bother to write reviews about poor customer service, but my experience with Reebok was so bad that I need to make sure other people don't make the same mistake as me. I ordered a pair of shoes I wanted for a trip and when they still hadn't shipped out 5 business days later, I requested that my order was cancelled because I wouldn't receive them in time. Up until this request, the customer service agent was extremely responsive and answered me very quickly (like within 10 minutes). The minute I asked for a refund they went dark, and then days later finally responded to say they couldn't give me a refund because the order was already with the warehouse (yet I still hadn't received a shipping email at this point). I sent multiple emails again explaining that I would be gone by the time the shoes were delivered to my house and they would get stolen if the package was sitting outside my door. They still didn't respond and a FULL WEEK LATER when I had sent 3 unanswered emails requesting my order was cancelled and was already on my trip, I received the shipping email. Took two weeks to ship out a single pair of shoes and apparently they can't cancel an order in the week leading up to it being processed. Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had online shopping, won't ever be buying from them again
I purchased shoes from reebok.ca, and one of them looked used. I returned the entire order, but until now I have not received my refund. I contacted their customer service several times, and they kept telling me that I just need to wait. This has been a very disappointing experience

After just about two months of light use, the front of the shoe started to tear near the toe area.I contacted Reebok Canada, but they refused to help because the shoes were **manufactured in August 2022**, and their 1-year warranty starts from the **manufacturing date**, not from the date of purchase. This makes no sense to customers — I bought the product in good faith in 2024, expecting it to be covered under warranty. They also required proof of purchase, which I no longer had. So in the end, they offered no support.Very disappointing quality and customer experience. If you’re buying Reebok shoes, be sure to check the **manufacture date** on the tag — otherwise, you may end up with a defective product that is **already out of warranty**, even if it’s brand new on the shelf.Not what I expected from Reebok.

Website has inaccurate and out of date information that cannot be trusted. Placed an order for a pair of shoes and received an email cancelling my order due to unavailable stock. However, the same pair of shoes in the same color and size is still available to order online.
