I emailed Reebok the same day of placing an order to request a cancellation. The customer service representative provided me with a phone number to call. I only read the email the following day. I called the number and was told that order is already packaged and will be shipped.I opened the order today and noticed that the price was discounted quite possibly on the same day I received the order. I email customer service again to request a refund of the price difference of the discount.Apparently I have to return to order so that I can re-order it again to get the discounted price.This was a disappointing experience.
