Some items I ordered didn't show up. Only after I reached out to them they said, they had a problem with their system and said they'll refund me. Same thing happened on a second order. They advised me the problem has been reported and solved, so I put in a 3rd order, different items and same thing happened.Just buy from a normal retailer. If they are sending an order out and items are missing from that order, that should be an automatic refund instead of waiting for the customer to reach out to them.Even then, I still didn't get everything fully refunded.Just go to a reputable store or online retailer and avoid reebok.ca
