Re Refund will take forever if everI have been waiting for my refund for my returned running shoes for over 3.5 weeks and this is exactly what this Billion dollar company told me when I contacted them on there Chat on the reebok.ca site....Reebok reply: Upon confirming, the refund request is still in our queue as our warehouse back office team have experienced some technical issues with processing refund resulting in a backlog that we are currently clearing out. we will be unable to provide any specific information as to when we will be able to process the refund but rest assured that this has been followed up and escalated so we can provide you the refund as soon as possible.That was 5 days ago but for a company with such a Global presence really is unacceptable.So warning! do not buy shoes from Reebok.ca use a reliable site like Amazon where you can expect better Return refunds when you return an item to them.
