purchased a pair of shoes a week ago online at Reebok.ca . Credit Card was charged right away, a week latter shoes have not shipped. Customer support has limited hours makes you leave a message and they never call you back. they are Open 9-5 eastern time so they close at 2PM on the West Coast, ridiculous. Two emails and just one very polite response they will look into it with no follow up.I wouldn't trust online purchases with them again.
