I’ve been a loyal Reebok Nano customer for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
I ordered the Nano X5, but the unclear sizing on the website led me to select the wrong size. I contacted customer support immediately to fix it and was told nothing could be done until I received and returned the shoes.
I also paid $25.95 for overnight shipping and was told it would not be refunded, even though I tried to correct the issue right away. I’m now expected to absorb that cost due to poor support and lack of flexibility.
That’s not how loyal customers should be treated.
As a result, I’ve already switched brands and ordered shoes from Mat Fraser’s While On Earth brand instead. Reebok still makes good shoes, but the company’s customer service is clearly going downhill.
This could have been a simple exchange. Instead, it turned into a frustrating and unnecessary experience. Goodbye to Reebok forever.
