I’ve been a loyal Reebok Nano customer for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

I ordered the Nano X5, but the unclear sizing on the website led me to select the wrong size. I contacted customer support immediately to fix it and was told nothing could be done until I received and returned the shoes.

I also paid $25.95 for overnight shipping and was told it would not be refunded, even though I tried to correct the issue right away. I’m now expected to absorb that cost due to poor support and lack of flexibility.

That’s not how loyal customers should be treated.

As a result, I’ve already switched brands and ordered shoes from Mat Fraser’s While On Earth brand instead. Reebok still makes good shoes, but the company’s customer service is clearly going downhill.

This could have been a simple exchange. Instead, it turned into a frustrating and unnecessary experience. Goodbye to Reebok forever.

Completely Frustrating

Completely frustrating. I ordered a pair of runners online with an in-store pickup option, only to discover that the sizing chart was inaccurate. The staff at the store explained that since I used a payment service, I couldn't exchange them until I completed my installments, which defeats the purpose of using that service. The staff member was very apologetic and set aside a different size for us to collect when the payments were finalized. However, when my support worker went to pick them up, the store had closed down. The online support kept giving the same generic replies, which did not address the problem or provide any assistance. It was utterly hopeless and infuriating.

The user experience and customer support were disappointing. Initially acceptable, but they sent the wrong size without any effort to resolve the issue. Lots of promises, but little follow-through when it comes to service.

Terrible Customer Support Experience

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday. When they arrived, they were too small, and there was no receipt or return information in the package. I couldn't find the email confirmation, so I sent the shoes back to the sender's address with a note. A week later, I discovered the receipt had gone to my daughter's email. When I contacted customer support with the order number and tracking info, they told me it was my fault for not following the return policy. Despite having shipped to the correct address and providing tracking, they refused to issue a refund. Now I have no shoes, no credit, and the company has my returned shoes. I will never purchase from them again due to such poor customer service.

Difficult Returns Process for Online Orders

The trainers I bought online didn't fit, so I emailed customer service to request a return. They instructed me to print a shipping label and send it via a courier, which I did, but the parcel was returned to me a week later! I contacted support again, and they sent another label, which I attached, but the parcel was returned once more due to a tracking issue. I urgently need a refund to purchase different shoes for my joint issues. The returns process is slow and ineffective, and receiving incorrect instructions twice is unacceptable.

Quality Issues After Short Use

After years of using this brand, I decided to try their shoes again. I bought a pair two months ago, and they've already started to show tears in the upper fabric. When I reached out for support, they shifted the responsibility to the retailer I purchased from, but since it was an international order, there was no resolution. I'm utterly disappointed with both the shoes and the customer service. I do not recommend buying them.

Extremely Disappointing Shoes

I purchased a pair of running shoes and, without exaggeration, they are the worst I've ever owned. The soft foam soles are uncomfortable, causing pain in my foot that feels like stepping on a cable. I suspect it's due to lack of support. If I stop wearing them, the discomfort goes away, but it returns as soon as I put them back on. Additionally, I've developed blisters after minimal use. I believe this is all because of the poor quality foam. After six weeks, they're going in the trash, and I will avoid this brand in the future.
