Unfortunately Reedsy Discovery discriminates against people with disabilities and does not honor their submission guidelines. My book was "declined" erroneously (I received an email from their community relations manager saying it should not have been declined simply because I used AI tools in my grammar and formatting which I require in my writing because of a brain and spinal cord injury) however after three weeks of no response, and my book not being restored I missed my promotional day (which I paid for) and I have not been refunded or given a new slot for my book. When things go well, the company is fine. When things don't go well, it seems authors have very little recourse, which is unfortunate.
