Please read this if you have ever used this app! Wish I had read the reviews and I wouldn't have bought the app in the first place but I did because it said that it was a one-time purchase for $43.23 total plus the $7.99 that they offered you for the week. But what hasn't been put into the other reviews is as follows: after initial purchase they took an additional $19.99 from my card. Luckily I thought I was using my cash app card so when they tried to take another $20 a week later and I had not put money in the card for anything they were unable to do so I then attempted to block them multiple times. Unfortunately though cash app says that they blocked them. However, they're doing it. They continue to try to take $19.99 repeatedly from my account. This has been going on since February. Initially I could find no information on the app itself nor in the Google Play store which they refer you to for refunds. They must have been getting enough complaints that they have put in a page where you can contact them which I did. I have now received an email stating that they will cancel my account that was associated with those $19.99 fees. My concern is this after the blocking didn't work I canceled my card. I got a new card with a completely different number and yet somehow they were attempting to try to charge the new card. How did they get the new card information? I haven't given it to anyone yet. It's brand spanking new. So I am wondering if this app or their website contains viruses or what you would call Trojans to get your banking information. I would suggest that anybody and I will be doing so myself in a few minutes and a Trojan specific virus protection Program on your computer or laptop or wherever you accessed this app from. We'll see if I get my $40 that they were able to take back. Because of this I have reported them to Google Play store and have asked for my $43.23 back since this was clearly not a normal AI app but a scam to get access to your credit card information. I hope they get shut down soon and I hope we can all recover from this. I personally am going to keep at it until they stop.
