Total scam and bad app. First of all when I tried on hairstyles they literally put me in an old lady bun with white hair. I’m not even grey yet nor is an old lady bun a hairstyle I’d want to try. It continued to give me grey hair when my color is brunette. Who wants to try on grey hair? Then I thought it was a one time charge of $7.99 but now I see a new charge I didn’t authorize today for $19.99. I wish I read the reviews first. Buyer beware.

Boy was I dumb. I always check Trustpilot first. This one time I didn't now I have multiple charges of euro 5.49 and one if 35.49 in this month's credit card bill and I can't find how to cancel. Obviously this is a total scam. I learned my lesson. ALWAYS check here before purchasing something from on the internet.

I subscribed to a one week $7.99 subscription. I was then charged that plus another $19.99 the and another $19.99 one week later so far. I too has issued following the steps they had listed to cancel and did not find this in my apple subscriptions not my Apple apps. After a long search I logged into the app. Went to home and at tj too right hit the little settings icon. There I went to support and found a cancel subscription there. I canceled it today and hope this will do the trick of any further $19.99 a week charges that I did not authorize. This company/app should be shut down. I filed a report with the government online fraud department as I recommend others here do the same. I hope you are able to find where I did to cancel. I found an email from nextcort for the $7.99 one I authorized but there was also one where an account was supposedly created with an email from reface.ai. That is where I found a login and a password that I didn’t create and how I was able to log in a cancel the subscription

They're customer service is non-existent. They've been sending me receipts and invoices for months now. After doing some digging, it doesn't appear like I'm being charged but these are on some automatic mailing that keeps getting sent to me every two-weeks or so. I contact their hello email or whatever it is and they send a form response saying they cannot help me because it is paid through a third party. I finally had to get all caps irate and demand an actual person respond for them to appear to respond appropriately. In the email they requested I send a copy of the receint receipt and invoice to help them. I did, and uh guess what, the mail deliveryfailed because I can't actually reply to the email they TOLD ME TO REPLY TO. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS ONE BIT. I would give them zero stars if this thing let me.

I did not sign up for any app. I never realised they were taking 19.99 out of my bank every week because I hadn’t checked my purchases it was only when I checked to do my accounts did I see they had stolen 13 weeks off me. How do people like this get away with just taking money from people knowing that they were just tricking people. I’m upset I’ve been giving to Ukraine all these years of war and find out they are involved in this. I have tried to contact them but they never respond. Let’s hope our bank can do something for us.

Scam. I signed up for a trial which I think was $7.99. Next thing I know, I have been charged $19.99 for a 1 week subscription. I have now sent 2 emails requesting that my account be cancelled. I will be contacting my credit card company regarding further payments to this company.

Very Disappointed with the Service!

I am extremely disappointed! The service did not deliver on its promises. I purchased a week-long access to the app and thoroughly checked their website to ensure I wasn't signing up for a monthly subscription. Their site instructed to cancel via the platform's store, but when I checked my subscriptions, there was nothing listed. I was sure I wouldn't be charged monthly, yet after 7 days, I found a subscription fee that they refuse to refund. The bill came from a different entity, which added to my frustration. It's disheartening to see such practices, especially when many are trying to help during tough times.

App not found and unexpected charges

I couldn't find the app in the store. I opted to pay £5 for a trial, but after deleting my data and uninstalling, I was shocked to see a charge of £19.99 per week! When I tried to log in to cancel, it said there was no account linked to my email. I checked all my email addresses, but none were registered. I reached out for help and was told to cancel through the store, but it’s not showing in my account there. This app feels like a total scam, and their billing practices are appalling. I'm currently disputing the charges with my bank to recover the money lost. Stay away from this!

Beware - Unsatisfactory Experience!

Beware - Unsatisfactory Experience! I subscribed and quickly canceled within a few days. I was shocked to see my card charged two weeks later. Even after disputing the charge with the company, they canceled my subscription but refused to issue a refund. Communication has been inconsistent at best. They’ve taken my money, canceled my subscription, and left me financially strained. Steer clear!
