Yes they replied on here and they emailed me saying they sent it to my bank. I checked with my bank they have never sent over a refund. Still waiting for my refund. Do Not Sign up with them. They are scamming realtors out of money. They ignore emails and calls. I have left multiple message and they never call me back. STAY AWAY>
