NEVER GAVE A REFUND OR PROVIDED A LEADThis company is not what they say. They never answer or return calls when you start having issues or a want to cancel. A lot of the text on their site is in Latin and poorly managed. They never provided a lead. They said it could take a couple weeks and after 4 to 5 weeks and nothing i decided to initiate my money back guarantee. For a week i never recieved anything until i left them a bad review. Then they said they are processing my refund but it would take 15 to 20 business days and they wanted me to remove my review. It has now been 30 business days and they have not responded to any texts, calls or emails. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I have contacted the Attorney General, a lawyer (for breech of contract), BBB and will be leaving reviews anywhere and everywhere i can, as well as quora and reddit posts! We cant let people like this in our society get away with things like this! I will continue this fight til i get what i am owedAnd to Referrix reply. That is completely inaccurate! I setup service July 28th and gave you guys 3 weeks before canceling... you started processing the refund on August 22nd I have emails for proof of everything. And I only got a call back after continually trying for days..This is a prime example of what you're about. Twisting narratives and acting like the customer is at fault... shamefulAlso I spoke with the 3rd party Payoneer 2 days ago. The 3rd party you used to process payments and they are not down or having issues. They will be reaching out for resolution. You cannot threaten to hold my money hostage for my claims because of how I feel about how you've all handled this process, how you operate, and how you've represented yourself.
