Mr. Romero was an excellent person he explained everything to me and worked with me on things I couldn't find quickly. He also let me know how to get back money on things I put on the car with my old loan company. He kept me in the loop as to what was going on at all time. Excellent person
The service was not customer-focused, with the agent displaying a poor attitude from the start. They pressured me into a deal and made passive-aggressive comments like, "stay with your higher interest rate if you don't want this deal" and questioned why I wouldn't leverage my good credit score. Despite being offered a new loan with a 2% lower rate, it turned out to be more expensive, and the agent stated, "this is not something that will save you thousands of dollars," which was contradictory. The agent failed to provide all necessary details for me to make an informed decision, resulting in an overall unprofessional and rude experience. I cannot recommend this service based on my interaction. While I believe there may be competent agents, this one was certainly not. Additionally, I was attracted to try this service through a referral site that advertised favorable loan rates, but the actual offer was misleading.

I was helped by a man named Brandon Hondros, He was engaging and informative, and willing to give his time even though the time difference between Texas and California made my call late in the day. Brandon was willing to give his time he was professional he answered all of my questions and affirmed my choices and he laughed at my comments.. a wise move! Given that I contacted him late in his stage Brandon did not rush me in any way.
