They pressured me into a deal and made passive-aggressive comments like, "stay with your higher interest rate if you don't want this deal" and questioned why I wouldn't leverage my good credit score. Despite being offered a new loan with a 2% lower rate, it turned out to be more expensive, and the agent stated, "this is not something that will save you thousands of dollars," which was contradictory. The agent failed to provide all necessary details for me to make an informed decision, resulting in an overall unprofessional and rude experience. I cannot recommend this service based on my interaction. While I believe there may be competent agents, this one was certainly not. Additionally, I was attracted to try this service through a referral site that advertised favorable loan rates, but the actual offer was misleading.
