They were good my first two shipments. I order once monthly. January they charged me twice. I put a hold on my February order so it wouldn't ship within two weeks of just receiving my new dose. It was applied to my current paid order and I cannot remove the hold which means now my current dose will be delayed by a minimum of two weeks at this point . Yet I will be paying for another dose to be shipped out. Make it make sense. I've contacted them on the phone and through support and no answer. I've requested a refund. No answer.
