Intake was easy and fast but it's been a week and I still haven't gotten my medication Or even an update on shipping despite multiple messages sent through the chat- shipping info is stuck at "shipping info sent to FedEx." I called customer service and right away said all agents were busy. I am feeling scammed- was charged hundred of dollars but am receiving extremely poor customer service along with no medication.
I had a great experience with Refills, communication was always quick and proactive, and their pricing can’t be beat. Please disregard the wave of poor reviews, the company shouldn’t be blamed for a winter storm delivering shipping, especially when they provided near constant updates on status and did everything in their power to keep schedules
Refills has been amazing! The intake process was quick and painless. And they gave me an amazing deal on three months of additive-free, pure Tirzepatide from ProRx. I honestly feel like this medication is better than name-brand, and I love being more in control of drawing up and administering my own dose.
This is my third telehealth company, and I ultimately switched to Refills because of their pricing. The customer service team kept me informed and reminded me to be patient—which, at my age, I’m learning to appreciate! I also really like that they don’t charge extra fees. I placed an order for 6months of tirzepatide treatment. The first 3 months went smoothly, and I received good support. It was time for them to send the next 3 months (already paid for) earlier this month, and nothing has happened. Ive reached out by phone and by chat, and nobody will respond to me. I strongly recommend that you run from this company. Im out of about $720.
I placed an order on 2/13/25 and it still have no update or response from support. The order says pending shipment still. I have messaged support twice on the website with no response. I’ve called over the last three days and have not received a call back. Next step is to cancel and refund order if I don’t hear back or get an update today.
They were good my first two shipments. I order once monthly. January they charged me twice. I put a hold on my February order so it wouldn't ship within two weeks of just receiving my new dose. It was applied to my current paid order and I cannot remove the hold which means now my current dose will be delayed by a minimum of two weeks at this point . Yet I will be paying for another dose to be shipped out. Make it make sense. I've contacted them on the phone and through support and no answer. I've requested a refund. No answer.
This is an incredibly frustrating service. The medical professional and the support team are unresponsive. They provide no information regarding your medication. You will be left without guidance on how to use it. I strongly advise against using this service.
The customer service from this company is awful. I waited more than a week for a response regarding a question about my order. I eventually got a call, returned it, left a message, and never received a reply! At this point, all I want is a refund, but I can't get in touch with anyone. This has been nothing but a frustrating experience.
