This is my third telehealth company, and I ultimately switched to Refills because of their pricing. My first switch was due to shipping not being available in my state, but Refills has been a solid experience overall. My most recent shipment was delayed because of a winter storm, but every order before that arrived on time. The customer service team kept me informed and reminded me to be patient—which, at my age, I’m learning to appreciate! I also really like that they don’t charge extra fees. So far, Refills has been reliable, affordable, and easy to work with. Kudos to the team.
