Ole really took time to listen to the context of my kitchen plans and made great suggestions, leaving space for me to consider and respond to them. He was always well prepared for our meetings and his communication has been faultless. I was initially a little apprehensive about ordering a kitchen without a UK presence but everything has gone very smoothly and I’m now looking forward to the kitchen arriving!
