In our former house we had a kitchen of Reform. We are an absolute fan of the design and make and feel and the (remote) support is personal and professional. For our new house it was no question what the new kitchen would become. Reform again without any doubt! Our designer Pernille did help us finding the perfect kitchen for our new house. We are very happy with the result!

Very disappointing aftercare. Were delivered some wrong components when the kitchen first arrived, have since been in contact with reform for almost three months to get the correct components. Updates from reform are non existent when not explicitly asked for and at this point I’m in doubt if replacement parts would come if we wouldn’t remind them on a weekly basis. Quality of the kitchen is ok but not what I’d expect for the price paid.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IS AN EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND ATTENTIVE TO ALL OUR REQUESTS, QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. THEY WERE PROACTIVE IN ENSURING WE WERE INFORMED OF THE ONGOING STATUS OF OUR ORDERS. WE FELT THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER.
My experience with Reform has been excellent - from a quick response to my initial query to an initial scope via Outline to meeting and planning my kitchen with Ole Kutz over several months. Ole really took time to listen to the context of my kitchen plans and made great suggestions, leaving space for me to consider and respond to them. He was always well prepared for our meetings and his communication has been faultless. I was initially a little apprehensive about ordering a kitchen without a UK presence but everything has gone very smoothly and I’m now looking forward to the kitchen arriving!
