Hello, I wanted to say I loved my experience reform, but it truly has been a rollercoaster ride that put a really bad taste in my experience. I also do want to let people know what happened with us so they can avoid this issue when it comes time for their project. The creation of our kitchen was so easy and seamless. We walked through what we wanted and it was perfect. The issues occurred when we received our cabinets. Our contractor started piecing things together and realized some pieces did not match the color and asked us if this was correct. Our cabinets are all wood and we received 6 white pieces. After further confirmation with our designer, she indicated that they were incorrectly created and sent. They had no idea why or what happened for the incorrect pieces to be made and sent. After further discussion, it was netted out that we would have to wait 10 - 15 weeks for our new pieces to be created then another 3 - 5 weeks for air shipping for another 5 - 10 weeks for cargo shipping. Air shipping would need to be paid for and cargo shipping would be free. Further back and forth with the customer satisfaction team, and they decided to cover the air shipping, which I felt was a slight insult because the error was not made by us and their only expression of sorry was by sending us the correct pieces. I started my kitchen renovation in February once all our original items arrived, but this error netted our project out for another 3 - 5 months. Our contract did whatever he could with what we had but because of the long timeline, but he of course took other jobs and now we are STILL waiting to complete our project. It has been so emotionally draining with working with the customer experience team. They repeatedly got the information wrong when we were trying to figure out what pieces were incorrect and ultimately it took me looking through all the packing sheets and all the drawings to figure out what was wrong. Then I had to FIGHT for expedited shipping to be paid. There was just so much wrong in the execution of getting our correct pieces to me that I am truly disappointed that they never felt sincere in their apology and never did anything to make the situation better.
