I regret not reading reviews about unfair charges. I signed up for what I believed was a £4.99 subscription, only to be hit with a £100 upfront fee soon after. I was utterly shocked when I saw this charge on Christmas Eve. I found the app unhelpful and was not using it. I immediately requested a refund from the support team, who refused and instead suggested I contact the platform, which has not provided any assistance. I am devastated about losing this money with no way to appeal. I have since encountered numerous reviews of similar experiences. I am considering reporting this as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company, as it is completely unacceptable.
