When I signed up I had great difficulty in logging in which was never resolved despite emails from me. Then when I tried to cancel and get a refund it was a slow and painful process. I would receive gushy emails but no action on cancelling and refunding. Eventually I did get my money back. The program looks good but I was disappointed with my experience.
I have been subscribed to this service for a couple of years. While the 'advice' and support sections are adequate, I was hoping for assistance with the structure of my attempts. Specifically, when I try and fail, I don't want my failures highlighted. I prefer to 'restart' from the beginning without seeing my past failures, as it feels demotivating. I requested a reset, but I was informed that this isn't possible. I can start over, but my previous records and 'awards' remain unchanged, which is not supportive at all.

The marketing approach for this app is unethical and nearly predatory. There’s no mention of costs when initially downloading or during the lengthy survey. In between survey questions, they showcase statistics and claims about how the app will change your life, and once you finish the survey, you are directed straight to a payment screen. The intertwining of alcoholism, vulnerability, and financial instability makes this approach unethical and close to predatory.
This platform genuinely fosters a community that aids individuals in quitting drinking. It offers tremendous support! Despite the large number of users, the environment feels intimate. The coaches are fantastic and easily accessible!
This app has significantly helped me maintain my sobriety! I can't express how much of a lifesaver it has been! The community is wonderful, the coaches are exceptional, and the educational resources and tools are invaluable. I recommend this app to everyone!
I've attempted to cancel my subscription, but funds are still being withdrawn. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this service. I have three transactions totaling £119.97, and I want this refunded and the direct debit canceled before I escalate this matter.
